Account deletion request

Request the deletion of your AirCongo account and associated data.

How to request deletion

The fastest way is to use the in-app deletion option. If you cannot access the app, please email us using the link below with the required details so we can verify and process your request.

Required details

  • Full name
  • Email used on the account
  • Phone number on the account
  • Role: Traveler or Sender
  • Country/market where you use the service
  • Last trip or reservation (if any)

Processing notes

  • We may need to verify your identity before deleting your account.
  • Deletion may be delayed if you have active trips/reservations, open disputes, or an outstanding balance.
  • After deletion, access to the account is permanently removed and may not be recoverable.
