AC AirCongo

How AirCongo Works

AirCongo connects travelers and senders for safe, paid, person-to-person delivery. AirCongo is operated by ExpressCarCab, a Delaware C-Corp.

Supported routes

We focus on routes between:

  • USA ↔ DRC (Congo)
  • Canada ↔ DRC (Congo)

Travelers can publish their departure city, date, and available luggage space. Senders can search nearby travelers and request delivery.

The idea (simple)

A lot of people travel between the DRC and North America. Many families want to send items (phones, laptops, documents, gifts, clothes), but traditional options can be expensive, slow, or uncertain.

AirCongo connects travelers who are already traveling with senders who need to ship something — in a clear, paid, trackable flow.

Step-by-step

  1. Traveler posts a trip (route, date, space available).
  2. Sender searches travelers nearby or by route/date.
  3. Sender requests delivery with item details.
  4. Chat & agreement (handoff location, timing, price rules).
  5. Payment is made through the app (when available).
  6. Traveler delivers to the agreed recipient.

What you can send

Typical allowed items include:

  • Personal items (clothes, shoes)
  • Gifts
  • Electronics (phones, tablets, laptops) — subject to airline/customs rules
  • Documents (non-illegal, non-fraud)
  • Small packages and family essentials

Note: customs regulations and airline rules may apply. Always package items safely and declare them honestly.

Prohibited and dangerous items

Senders must never request transport of illegal, restricted, dangerous, or prohibited items. This includes drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous chemicals, counterfeit items, and any item prohibited by law, airline rules, or customs.

Senders are responsible for what they ship. If a sender ships prohibited items—intentionally or not— they may face account termination and can be reported to authorities and held legally responsible.

Traveler rights (inspection & refusal)

Travelers have the right to:

  • Ask questions about the package and its contents
  • Request inspection (opening) of the package before accepting it
  • Refuse any package that seems suspicious or unsafe
  • Cancel if they believe the sender is dishonest or the request is risky
