FAQ
Quick answers to common questions.
What routes does AirCongo support?
We focus on routes between USA ↔ DRC and Canada ↔ DRC. Travelers post trips, and senders can search and request delivery.
What can I send?
Typical allowed items include personal items, gifts, documents, and electronics (phones/tablets/laptops), subject to airline and customs rules.
Are dangerous or illegal items allowed?
No. Senders must never ship illegal, restricted, or dangerous items (including drugs, weapons, explosives, hazardous materials, or anything prohibited by law/airline/customs). Senders are responsible for what they ship. Travelers may inspect and refuse any suspicious package.
Can a traveler open a package?
Yes. Travelers have the right to ask questions, request inspection (including opening a package), and refuse any package that seems suspicious or unsafe.
How can I request to delete my data?
You can do it by visiting aircongo.org/personnal/account-deletion.
